Helping our clients feel seen, heard, and safe.
There is always hope to be had and growth to be done. It would be our honor to provide a safe space where you can explore with compassion what might be holding you back from your most fulfilling life.
“In order to change, people need to become aware of their sensations and the way that their bodies interact with the world around them. Physical self-awareness is the first step in releasing the tyranny of the past.”
Meet Tonya.
I started Original Therapy because helping people is my passion. I personalize my therapy methods depending on your goals. I use cognitive behavioral, person centered, solution focused, inner child work, EMDR, and more. I am sincere, authentic, and invested in your happiness.
